This is a really easy quick and very tasty snack!
You will need:
Ciabatta Bread
tomatoes
basil
clove of Garlic
Olive oil
Mozarella Cheese
Cut the bread in half and lightly toast it. Brush it with a little olive oil. Cut the garlic clove and rub it on the cut & toasted side of the bread. Slice the tomatoes thinly and put on top of the bread. Chop some basil and sprinkle over the tomatoes. Sprinkle(if grated) or slice the cheese and put it on top of the basil. Toast under the grill until the cheese melts and bubbles. Delicious!!
